That same "fact sheet" could have been printed 20 years ago, the only differences being "Customs" in lieu of "CBP" and a Treasury/Customs seal in lieu of that of the "Department of Hopeless Stupidity."

Though the brass monkeys come and go, Customs' mission has never changed.
